We often postpone visibility until we feel confident enough. Yet confidence does not always arrive first. More often, the first thing is a small action taken alongside fear.

Adult visibility does not guarantee approval. It creates the possibility of staying connected to yourself while other people have their own reaction. No need to convince everyone, become more convenient or disappear after the first criticism.

Here visibility stops being merely a marketing task. It becomes therapeutic work with shame, boundaries, aggression and the right to take up space.

Therapeutic change begins where experience receives enough attention and space.
