Program essence

Unrealized desires do not disappear — they continue to live in the body

A desire that stays in a notebook for years may belong to an inner “red zone”: a place experienced as unsafe, unknown, shameful or forbidden. We explore the anatomy of will through reactions, breath and decisions that hold the tension of the unrealized.
